A Diffuse-Interface Lattice Boltzmann Method for the Dendritic Growth with Thermosolutal Convection

چکیده

In this work, we proposed a diffuse interface model for the dendritic growth with thermosolutal convection. model, sharp boundary between fluid and solid dendrite is replaced by thin but nonzero thickness interface, which described order parameter governed phase-field equation growth. The governing equations solute heat transfer are modified such that previous special treatments source term can be avoided. To solve convection, also developed diffuse-interface multi-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann (LB) method. method, in combined into force caused fluid-solid interaction, treatment on complex addition, four LB models equation, concentration temperature Navier-Stokes unified framework. Finally, to test present performed some simulations of growth, found numerical results good agreements works.
